Our Response to Covid-19

We continue to follow the Governments guidance on delivering home care to ensure that we are minimising the risk of spreading Covid-19 whilst providing vital services to the people we support, so they can stay safe and well within their own homes.

You can read more below about some of the measures we have in place to ensure safety for both our clients and support workers. This includes the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and robust infection control training and hygiene measures which our support workers follow according to government guidance.

We also continue to follow direction provided by the UK’s Public Health Authorities and keep a close eye on the situation.

Everything we do is always with the wellbeing of the people we support, teams and support workers foremost in our minds.

Covid-19 infection prevention and control

Our teams of Complex Care Managers & Service Managers are in regular contact with our clients and staff, to advise them of any updates or changes to their daily routines.
